John Moar Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2024, at the age of 88, John Moar (Miramichi, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vince Moar and Laura Moar (Maher); his wife Mary Louise Moar (McGrath); and his siblings, Mitzi Harrow, Honey Steinhofer and Hugh.

He is survived by: his children, Kim DeLong (Bob) of Saint John, Jay Moar (Carmen) of Miramichi, Todd Moar (Kathy) of Bedford, NS and Chris Moar of Moncton, NB; and his grandchildren, Josh (Mandy) of Moncton, NB, Jason of Halifax, NS, Jeremy of Miramichi, Quinn (Robyn) of Moncton, Brady of Moncton, Gillian of Bedford, NS and Cole of Miramichi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Mount Saint Joseph Nursing Home would be appreciated by the family.
