We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2023, John Furlong (Miramichi, New Brunswick), born in Howard, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Furlong and Ruby Furlong; his siblings, Wayne, Louis, Wallace, Calvin and Ann Doucette; his sisters-in-law, Lorenda and Gloria; and his daughter-in-law Linda.

He is survived by: his wife Florine (Hollier); his children, Sharon Randall (Glenn), Michael Furlong (Karen), Perry Furlong, Timmy Furlong (Allison), Roxie Hickey (Allan), Sue Baldwin (Rob) and Cindy Twist (Ashley); his grandchildren, Steven, Natasha, Thomas, Kathy, Anthony, Brandon, Brooklynn, Ryan, Holly, Alex, Joe, Gwendolyn, Josie and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Jesse, Declan, Wade, Donnie, Murphy, Clemmy, Caleb, Emily, Olivia, Aroura, Marcus and Alicia; his siblings, Clyde, Richard, James (Mary Sue), Billy (Theresa), Steven (Mariette) and Noreen Lobban (David); and his siblings-in-law, June, Joy and Euclide Doucette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
