It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jasper Alexander Mills of Miramichi, New Brunswick, born in Black River, New Brunswick, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Mills (Williston) and John Robertson Mills; and his siblings, Bliss Mills, Marjorie McLenaghan and Blanche McDougall.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Tozer (Maltby) of Miramichi; his children, Sandra Gauger (Jeff) of Bay, Vin, Alexander "Sandy" Mills of Miramichi, Perry (Sharon) of Miramichi and Allen (Rachelle) of Escuminac; his stepchildren, Sterling Tozer (Vickie) of Moncton, Darryl Tozer (Kathy) of Lower Coverdale, Jason Tozer (Angela) of Fredericton and Susan Lee (Bruce) of Miramichi; his brother Lloyd Mills of Miramichi; his grandchildren, Waylon, Joshua, Rebecca, Sabrina, Colin, Sara, Brett, Brian, Kayla, Tara, Mason, Meagan, Jackson, Lauren, Ryan and Logan; and his great grandchildren, Eva, Reese, Claire, Caleb, Miguel, Jacob, Cole, Vanson and Jace. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
