James Wilson Obituary
In loving memory of James Wilson of Miramichi, New Brunswick, who departed this world on April 24, 2025 at the age of 83. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilson and Susan Wilson (Dickson); his son Ronald James Wilson; his brother Ronald Wilson; and his brothers-in-law, Earl Gouchie and Ben MacDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Wilson (Whyte); his daughters, Angela Wilson Cripps (Mark Smith) of Miramichi and Tanya Pineau (Wayne) of Ajax, Ontario; his grandchildren, Devon Cripps, Haylee Cripps, Jonah Pineau and Jadyn Pineau; his siblings, Maye Tozer (Gerry), Marie MacDonald, Vesta Gouchie, Brenda Jardine (John), Colleen Dickson (Hugh), Robert Wilson (Dorothy Ann) and Henry Wilson (Karen); his godson Christopher Boomhour of Boston, USA; and his in-laws, Sandra Boomhour, Lynn Addae Whyte, Jack Whyte (Lynn), Ken Whyte (Arlene), Lilly, Max, Felix, Milo and Tigger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Ltd. (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Andrew's United Church (188 Wellington St, Miramichi, NB E1N1M4).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Andrew's United Church or the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick would be appreciated by the family.
