It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivan E. Hallihan (Miramichi, New Brunswick), who passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hallihan and Loretta Hallihan (Manderville); and his siblings, Iona Williston, Elsie Bryenton, Frankie and Leo Hallihan.
He is survived by: his wife Leona (MacDonald); his children, Judy Losier (Gerard) of Miramichi, Colleen Hallihan Power of Miramichi, Jennifer Walker (Matthew) of Barcelona, Spain and Bruce Hallihan (Ronda) of Fredericton; his grandchildren, Dr. Evan Losier, Jantzen Losier, Aiden Hallihan, Lauren Hallihan, Logan Power, Kale Power and Trent Power; his great grandchild Brooks Ivan MacDonald; and his brother Robert G. Hallihan of Renous. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
