He was predeceased by: his parent George Bowie; and his siblings, Muriel McLaughlin, Gertrude Wallace, Hazel Moran, Grace Ewing, Theresa Bowie, Winnifred Scott, Raymond Bowie, Guy Bowie, Alvin Bowie and Edward Bowie.
He is survived by: his parent Ida Bowie (Hay); his wife Patricia Williams (Pat); his sons, Edward Bowie (Kim) of Miramichi and Brian Bowie (Heather) of Miramichi; his sister Connie Johnston of Miramichi; and his grandchildren, Alix, Drue, Trevor, Megan, Mitchell, Kiefer, Hallie and Kayden.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to any charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
