He is survived by: his sons, Hedley Doak (Connie) of Miramichi and Paul Doak (Melanie) of Miramichi; his siblings, Linda McLean (Bobby) of Miramichi, Barbara LeGresley (Peewee) of Miramichi, Betty Martin (Allard) of Miramichi, Lois Kitchen (Keith), Brian (Jeanette) of Miramichi and Waye Ryan of Miramichi; his sister-in-law Bernadette Black of Miramchi; his grandchildren, Corey, Haley, Nolan, Benson, Shamara, Trenton, Spencer, Michael John and Lily; and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Fiona and Ivy.

In his memory, donations to Hospice Miramichi or Miramichi Regional Hospital Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.
