He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mitchell and Elizabeth Johnson; his son Kevin Denny; and his siblings, William, Willis and Theresa.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Martin of Esgenoôpetitj, NB; his children, Charlene Denny (Herman Somerville) and Gregory Denny (Shari Ward); his stepchildren, Veronica Denny and Beverly Denny (Wendall Ward); his siblings, Elizabeth Mitchell, Madeline Sylliboy, Elsie Martin (Noel Augustine), Marie Dedam (Edward), Pauline Tucker (Paul) and Vincent Johnson (Diane Simon) of Esgenoôpetitj, NB; and also Renelda Dedam. He is also survived by eight grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
In Gordon's memory, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
