He is survived by: his wife Janet Curry (Jeffrey); his children, David (Ada Wong) of Toronto and Margaret (Andrew Boothroyd) of Oxford; and his grandchildren, Ewen, Zico Curry, Ben Boothroyd, Betty Curry, John Rayner, Julia Pankratz, Ann and Harry Malcolmson.
