He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond MacDonald and Lorraine MacDonald (Cox); and his grandmother Isabelle. He is survived by: his husband Fsumayrqan "Sam" MacDonald of Miramichi; his siblings, Leslie Greene (Jerry) of Lower Derby, Catherine "Kitty" MacDonald of Nelson, Ambrose MacDonald (late Dorothy) of Nelson, William "Billy" MacDonald of Nelson, Raymond Alexander "Sandy" MacDonald of Newcastle and Bert MacDonald (Wendy) of Nelson; his nieces and nephews, Tammy Greene, Kathy Savard, Tina Jardine, Kaitlyn MacDonald, Robert Greene and Gregory MacDonald; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sidney, Reno Jardine, Ireland, Eli Greene, Deseray and Daria Savard.
