She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cloud and Bridget Anne Barnaby; her husband Buddy Harper; her son Wilburn Rupert Harper Junior; and her siblings, Roy Barnaby, Michael Ward and Josephine Barlow.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Freda Connelly (Paul) of Florida, Calvin Walker Harper (Mary) of Utah, Timothy Wayne Harper of Miramichi and Roxanne Harper of Halifax.
