He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Howe and Lillian Howe (Campbell); and his siblings, Winnifred and Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Howe (King) of Water Street; his sons, Doug (Karen) of South Nelson, Andy of Fredericton, Jeff (Eileen) of Glasgow Scotland, Ian (Sharon) of Miramichi and Jason (Angela) of Miramichi; and his brother Earl Howe of Miramichi. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
