He is survived by: his wife Joan MacDonald (Matchett); his children, Jana MacDonald (Chris) of Gardener Point, Gregory MacDonald (Wendy) of Halifax, NS and Emerson MacDonald (Angie) of Black River, NB; and his siblings, Diane Godfrey (Edgar) of Black River, NB, Willa Strangemore of Black River, NB and Steven MacDonald (Kim) of Black River, NB. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
