Elsie Marie Girouard Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2023, at the age of 84, Elsie Marie Girouard (Miramichi, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Perley Ashton and Elsie Marie Ashton (Donovan); her stepmother Sylvia; her siblings-in-law, Edmund, Clara Girouard and Mary Genevieve; her brother Ernest; and her siblings-in-law, Jeannette and George Girouard.

She is survived by: her husband Ludger Girouard; her children, Kimberly Lavoie (Gordie) of Miramichi, Kevin Girouard (Yvonne) of Miramichi, Stephen Girouard of Miramichi and Roger Girouard (Andrea) of Dartmouth, NS.; her grandchildren, Jordan Lavoie (Michael), Alex Girouard (Hannah), Elyse Girouard (Kevin) and Reese Girouard (Lauren); her great grandchild Quinn Shannahan; her sister Anne Ward (Charles) of St. Marys, ON; and her siblings-in-law, Lionel Girouard and Myrtle Sisk (Morrill). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
