Dougie Cortes Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2022, Dougie Cortes of Miramichi, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cortes and Barbara Cortes (Duffy); his brother Stephen Cortes; and his former wife Michelle Cortes. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Muzzerrall-Cortes of Miramichi; his sons, Stephen Levesque of Miramichi and Tyson Cortes of Saskatoon; his stepson Colby Tweedie of Miramichi; his siblings, Sheila Shepherd (Rob) of St John, Tracey Pryor (Perry) of Chrystler, ON, Kenny (Tammy) of Williamstown, George of Miramichi, Shawn of Williamstown and Jason (Melanie) of Maple Glen; his grandchild Kadence; and his great-niece Mia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
