He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willam Phillips and Lois Phillips (Atkinson); his wife Peggy Phillips (Bowes); his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Burnley of Miramichi; his son John of Miramichi; his sister Barb (Brian) of Miramichi; his granddaughter Karley Whitney; his nephews, Troy and Jason Dunnett; his niece Natalie Dunnett-Spurr; and his pet Katie.
