He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Redman and Mary Grant. He is survived by: his wife Lori Gillham (Duplessie); his children, Mila Mary Gillham and Ari Michael Louis Gillham; and his brother Luke Michael Grant (Tricia) of Ottawa, ON. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, in David's memory, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
