We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2023, at the age of 64, David H. Gillis (Miramichi, New Brunswick), born in Dorchester, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Gillis and Frances Gillis (Henry); and his sister Verna. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gillis (Goguen) of Miramichi; his sons, Edward Gillis (Ki Wright) of Ottawa, ON and David Gillis of Slave Lake, AB; his granddaughter Emilia Gillis; and his sisters, Theresa Gillis of Amherst, NS and Sarah MacKenzie (Gary) of Amherst, NS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
