He was predeceased by: his father Robert; his brother Percy; and his nephew Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Black); his mother Ellen McKeown (Munn) of Grand Bay; his sons, Malcolm of Grand Bay and Sheldon of Edmonton; his stepdaughter Alyson Smallwood (Sherman Brennan); his siblings, Wardie (Marianne), Billy (Sherry), Frankie, Sadie (Crystal) and Patsy (Jamie); his sister-in-law Cathy; his grandchildren, Olivia McKeown and Keynan Brennan; and also, Lorna Munn McKeown and Ganky.
