She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel H. and May M. Fowlie (Gilliss); her son Sandy Brian MacDonald; her husband Bruce Dealy; and her sister Ruby Foley.

She is survived by: her siblings, Lynn Taylor (Kenneth) and Neil Fowlie (Marion); her grandchildren, Gary (Melissa), Teddy (Katie) and Nancy (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Damian, Laila, Taelyn, Tennesen and Landen; and her daughter-in-law Debbie MacDonald. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
