He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorriston Dickson and Mildred Dickson (McInnis); and his sister Erma MacCallum. He is survived by: his wife Ponsy Dickson (MacDonald) of Miramichi, NB; his children, Joan McCarthy of Miramichi, Cindy Morrell (Bill) of Ontario and Tony Dickson of Ontario; his grandchildren, Karrie McCarthy, Zach McCarthy, Kara Lassman, Rick Morrell, Calvin Morrell, Clay Dickson, Jillian Dickson, Carl Dickson Jr. and Cord Dickson; and his siblings, Lenore Dunsby of Miramichi, Iona Taylor of Miramichi, Roland Dickson (Anna) of Napan, Ken Dickson (Diane) of Miramichi, Blake Dickson (Joyce) of Napan and Royce Dickson (Terri) of Napan. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
