He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Allison and Mary Allison (Stewart); his daughter Villa Gail; his siblings, Villa Laventure (late Hilton), Bertha Mason (late Ralph) and Harold Allison (late Doreen); his nephews, Boyd Laventure and Brian Mason; and his niece Sandra Mason.

He is survived by: his wife Mabel; his sons, Allen (Effie) of Miramichi, NB and Ronnie (Nancy) of Miramichi, NB; his grandchildren, Stacey Clark (Derek) of South Hampton, NB, Jay Allison (Kenda) of Miramichi, NB and Christine Bransfield (Billy) of Miramichi, NB; and his great grandchildren, Blake Bransfield, Madison Bransfield, Ethan Clark and Liam Clark.

As expressions of sympathy, in Boyd's memory donations may be made to the Miramichi Shriners Club for Cripple Children.
