She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hubley and Grace Hubley; her brothers-in-law, Jerry Roy and Fred Broad; and her nephew Howard Broad.

She is survived by: her husband Jack Richard of Centreville; her children, Sara Martin (Trent) of Miramichi and Jason Kent (Stephanie) of Holmesville; her grandchildren, Lauren, Julie, Emma and Caleb; and her siblings, Brenda Broad, Lois Murray (Ivan), James Hubley (Sheila), Faye Roy and Jeff Hubley (Sandra).
