She was predeceased by: her spouse Alexander M. Saunders; her parents, Frank Cortes and Georgina Cortes (Williston); her former husbands, Alexander Saunders and Harold Saunders; her siblings, Mary Evans, Blanche Roberts, Alice Connors, Connie Hamilton, Bill, Walter and Lyman; and also Harold R. Saunders.

She is survived by: her children, Wanda Preston (Keith) of Millerton, Joyce Gray (John) of Millerton, Kathy Gillis (Don) of Moncton, Roger (Wendy) of Moncton, David (Sandra) of Upper Derby and Barry (Christine) of Bryenton. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandson.
