She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy McKenzie and Frances McKenzie (Sheasgreen); her husband Terrance James Copp; and her siblings, Joan McKenzie and James McKenzie (Greta).

She is survived by: her children, Joan (Jim), Laura (Eric), Stephen, Theresa (Bill), Julie, Carolyn (Wally) and Jamie; her siblings, Alma (John), Patricia (Ron), Thom (Randi), Robert (Maxine) and Richard (Natalie); her grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, Allison, Colleen, Tye and Karter; and her great grandchildren, Ashton and Wesley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or a charity of one's choice.
