He was predeceased by: his mother Yvette Brown (Boudreau); his brother-in-law Jules Fasquel; and his father-in-law Charles Mercier. He is survived by: his father Arthur "Bubs" Brown (Dorothy); his wife Monique Mercier-Brown; his children, Riley and Chantal; his siblings, Glenn Brown (Tish) and Anne Melanson (Al); his mother-in-law Rejeanne Mercier (Johnson); his siblings-in-law, Paulette Mercier-Fasquel (Michael) and Paul Mercier (Cynthia); and his nieces, Taylor-Dawn Agnew, Alisha Agnew, Tiffannie Brown and Coralie Mercier.
In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, donations in Rick's memory to the MEMS Breakfast Program or to a charity of one's choice would be greatly appreciated by his family.
