She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Sutherland and Rachael Sutherland. She is survived by: her spouse Harley Smearer; her sisters, Marie-Paule Schoffner (Lloyd) and Margie Gibson (Murray); her pet Tundra; and her nephew Steven Schoffner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
