He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Demmons and Helen Demmons (Thompson); his brother Willard (Martha); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon MacIvor (Ron), Bob McDermott and Ken MacKay.
He is survived by: his wife Judith (Judy); his son Sheldon (Ina); his grandsons, Justin (Jill) and Jake (Julia); his siblings, Jack (Fran), George (Karen), Barbara McDermott and Janice MacKay; and his siblings-in-law, Maurice VandenBorre (Donna), Joanne Richard and Nadine Taylor (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and God children.
