He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Emberley and Myrna Ackerson (Thompson); his wife Nancy Emberley (Cole); and his stepmother Donna Emberley (Bagley). He is survived by: his sons, Jamie (Michelle) and Kyle (Emily); his grandchildren, Gauge, Gunar, Griffin and Gemma; his siblings, Neil Emberley (Chris) and Wendy Sanford (Dan); his stepsiblings, Eric Chase (Karen) of Fredericton and Marjorie Chase (Tim) of Fredericton; and his siblings-in-law, Tommy Cole (Donalda) of Hardwood Ridge and Susan Veysey (Don) of Fredericton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Douglas Harbour Fire Department, Scotchtown Community Hall or the Scotchtown Cemetery would be greatly appreciated by the family.
