He was predeceased by: his parents, John Krall and Mary Krall (Bottner); and his brothers, Dale, Donald and Leonard.

He is survived by: his wife Jo-ann Krall (Byers); his children, Darcy, Tracey and Tara; his grandchildren, Riley, Sullivan and Connor; and his sister Sharon Ellert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
