She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Roy Allen Whitlock (Lyle); her parents, Raymond Billings and Elizabeth Billings; her sons, Arden (Nettie) and Tim (Tracy); her grandchildren, Bradley (Melissa), Jordan (Jennifer), Mitchell (Oli), Jenna and Zachary; her great grandchildren, Noah, Jaxon, Madelynn and Savannah; her sister-in-law Sharon McCoy (Paul); her niece Misty; and her nephews, Jeff, Billy and Andrew.
Norma was a member of the Victory Tabernacle Church and enjoyed spending time in fellowship with her close family and friends in Nashwaak Village Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no visitation.
