He was predeceased by: his parent George Patterson; his wife Mabel Patterson (White); and his grandson Michael Koppernaes. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Patterson (Pettinger); his wife Carolyn J. Patterson (Estey Marr); his children, Heather Cameron (Wayne), Daniel Patterson (Sheila), David Patterson and Edward White (Nicole); his grandchildren, Connor, Abigail, Angus, Gabriela Patterson, Anna Cameron, Sean Koppernaes, Nicholas Zinck, Dylan White and Brady White; his sons, Andrew Marr (Faith) and William Marr (Angela); his grandchildren, Jessica Marr and Matthew Marr; and his brother Reg Patterson (Eleanor). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
