It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta E. (Troop) Rafter in Midgic, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond John Troop and Elsie May Troop (Hicks); her husband Vernon Rafter; her children, Kimberley Johnson (late Robert) of Westcock, N. B., Lori Musser (Robert) and Michael Rafter (Alma Power) of Iqaluit, Nunavut; her grandchildren, Isabelle, Nicholas and Maia; her brothers, Dexter Troop (Carol) of Hamilton, ON and Leaman Troop (Linda) of Midgic, N. B.; and her close friends, Angie and Gord Carlisle. She was also cherished by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
