He was predeceased by: his parents, Harper Ward and Mary Ward (Jones); and his siblings, Marjorie Aube (Elzear) of Middle River and David. He is survived by: his children, James Ward (Candis) and Natasha Roy; his grandchild Kenzie Ward; and his siblings, Joyce Aube (late Lorenzo) of Middle River, Shirley Aube (Levis) of Middle River, Linda Ward of Middle River, Gloria Jones (Sonny) of Big River, Art (Gail) of Middle River and Duncan (Caroline) of Middle River.

A private family service for Gary will be held from the First United Church, Bathurst, Friday August 27th at 2 p. m. Covid restrictions are in place and masks are mandatory.

Donations in memory of Gary may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
