He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar D. Leger and Marie Leger (Boudreau); and his siblings, Rita, Alma, Lina, Corinne, Pauline, Paul, Camille, Arthur and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Gertie; his children, Rachel Melanson (late Terry) of Moncton, Gloria Hebert (André) of Dieppe and Allain Leger (Brenda) of Dorchester; and his grandchildren, Stéphanie and Sheldon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
