He was predeceased by: his parents, Sifroid Leger and Ida Leger (Cormier); and his siblings, Dorilla Rita, Soeur Rita, Leandre, Gerard, Ulysse and Romeo.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Leger (Auffrey); his children, Louise L. Leger of Ottawa, Cecile LeBlanc (Guy) of Memramcook Est, Maurice Leger (Paulette) of Dieppe and Jean-Marc Leger (late Claudette) of Memramcook; his sister Soeur Angeline Leger of Dieppe; his grandchildren, Mario (Sonia), André, Stephanie (Eric), Margot and Melanie (Louizandre); and his great grandchildren, Fédréric, Gabriel, Marika and Noémie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
