It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Cummings Neil of Meductic, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 3, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Cummings and Elizabeth Cummings (McLellan). He is survived by: his sister Ruth Howland; his wife Freda Cummings (Collicott); and his daughters, Marcia Higgs (Blaine) and Sandra Keezer.
