She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola Beatrice Henderson (Lennox) and Herbert D. Henderson. She is survived by: her husband Myles Beverly Fowler; her children, Brian Fowler (Nicole) and Debra Elaine Ketch (Brian); her grandsons, Aaron Ketch (Tammy), Jason Ketch (Ryan), Justin Fowler and Andrew Fowler; her great grandchildren, Haylee Ketch and Evan Ketch; and her siblings, Raymond Henderson (Sharon) and Dawn Campbell (Ward). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's memory can be made to the IWK or SPCA.
