She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Young and Dorothy Young (Maxwell); her husband Joseph Eales; her brothers, Gerald and Frank Young; and her siblings-in-law, Verna Storr (Jack), Avis Owens (Charles), Audrey Lindsay (Joseph), Joyce Howland (Ronald), Mary Eales, Betty Russell (Perley), George Eales (Katrine), Pat Eales (Ruth) and Robert Eales (Connie).

She is survived by: her granddaughter Aly; her children, Jean, Joanne and Bill (Connie); her granddaughters, Jessica (Mason), Vivian and Alyson Eales (Aidan); her great grandchild Isla Mae Vivian; her siblings, Nancy Donahue (Murray) and Billy Young (Brenda); her sister-in-law Claudia Young; and her sister Mary Lou Blair. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
