She was predeceased by: her parent Eldon Estey; her husband Howard Frank Smith; her grandson Bobby Smith; and her siblings, Marjorie Estey, Bobby Estey and Nathan Estey.

She is survived by: her parent Thelma Estey (Whittie); her children, Susan Richardson (Kenny), Rolling, Donna Cormier (Rick) and John Smith of Regina, SK; her grandchildren, Chris, Travis, Corey, Shyann and Jacyln; her great grandchildren, Cohen, Beckham, Gavin, Brody and Alyah; her brother Austin Estey (Pat); and also Durham. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
