He is survived by: his parent Dorothea Beatrice Libby (Gillis); his wife Jennette Libby (Scott); his children, Robert Libby (Candice Higgins), Carolyn Greene (Andrew) of Grand Manan and Gerald Libby (Kristan); and his siblings, Irene Billingsley, James, Robert and Judith Storr. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
