He was predeceased by: his parents, David MacKay and Helen MacKay (Huestis) of McAdam; and his siblings, Gerald, Robert and Marjorie.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce MacKay (Mills); his children, Deanna (Mark) and Corey; his grandchildren, Justin, Brock, Journie and Jalee; his great grandchild Beckett; and his siblings, George (Pam), Ruth, David, Willard, Emeline (Randall), Mary Ellen (Keith) and Judy. He is also survived by half-sisters; many nephews and nieces as well as many friends.
