He is survived by: his wife Wanda M. Smith (Buchanan); his children, Wayne (Stephanie), Kevin (Angie), Richard (Amanda), Tony, Shelly and Pam (Scott); his grandchildren, Stacey (Al), Bradley (Taleia), Matthew, Ryan, Jamie (Jake), Brayden (Mackenzie), Logan (Lacey), Shauna, Nathan (Shae), Kyle, Mackenzie and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Kamdyn, Lauryn, Pierson, Tessa, Bryson, Desmond, Delilah, Ellie, Jaxon, Edison, Emmerson, Emmet, Jackson, Jessie, Maddy and Georgia; his great great grandchild Everleigh; his brother Paul Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Carroll, Reby Tipping, Mae Brothers, Susie Bell Curtis (Wilson) and Donald Buchanan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
