He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Hoyt and Dorothy Hoyt (Fraser); and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Lauraine (Crain); his sons, Robert and Andrew (Trish Fournier-Hoyt); his granddaughter Chelsea; his brother William (Joan); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Hoyt (Anthony). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
