He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Ross; his father-in-law Paul Richardson; and his brother-in-law Burton Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Richardson); his children, LaVonna Anderson (Darren) and Waldo (Mary-Beth); his grandchildren, Lindsay Anderson-Coughlin (Jillian) of Samantha Anderson, KJ, Jorja Lawrence and Mack Anderson; his great grandchild Harper Coughlin; his sisters, Wanetta Boone (John), Roberta Webber (Dale), Bertha Palmer (Allan), Leota Sarchfield (Brian) and Donna Grace (Dennis); his mother-in-law Barbara Richardson; his siblings-in-law, Juanita Nicholson (Brian), Patricia Richardson, Richard Richardson (Sharon), Ronald and Phillip Richardson; and his friend Maugerville Church. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, Weldon's family asks that donations be given to the Maugerville Baptist Church, the Maugerville Cemetery Fund or the charity of the donor's choice.
