She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Nowlan and Lottie Nowlan (Tozer); her husband Carl; her children, Eliza Falconer and Carmen Somers; her great grandchild Baby David Hamilton; and her siblings, Percy, Plenn and Jean.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Somers (Cathy) and Janice Bond (Jim); her grandchildren, Lisa Falconer, Sheldon Falconer (Diana), Andrew Falconer (Chloe), Edwin Somers (Sue), Eric Somers (Jenn), Tosha Hamilton (David), Terrance Somers (Cindy), Vashti Nason (Reid), Krystal Denney (Tony) and Jeshua Jeffrey (Marisa); and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Jeremy, Jonathan, Hazel, Alex, Paige, Winston, Nathan, Kiersten, Khloe, Lucas, Damon, Samuel, Carter, Zachy, Cole, Emily, Sophia, Kate, Finley, Lachlan and Malcolm. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In her memory, donations to LSWB church cemetery or to a memorial of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
