She was predeceased by: her parents, David "June" and May Fraser (Whalen). She is survived by: her spouse Rick Petley of Lutes Mountain; her children, Kendra Petley (Jordan Boyle) and Travis Petley (Anique Daigle); her stepson Tyler Hicks; her brothers, Grayling (Andrea) and David (Pam); her mother-in-law Susan Petley (late Dick); her siblings-in-law, Sheila Handrahan, Sandra Petley and Kenneth Petley (Tracy); her close friend Margaret Hunter (Gary); and her pet Steffi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Norine's memory can be made to the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Cemetery Fund, Kent Junction.
