He was predeceased by: his parent Herb Power; his brother Guy Power; his siblings-in-law, Winston of Lotan Steeves, Earl and Lelia Adair; and his son-in-law Daniel Blakely.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Power (Price); his wife Doreen Power (Steeves); his children, Crystal Blakely of Riverview, Kelly of Lower Coverdale, William (Sue) of Lower Coverdale, Lester (Shelley) of Salem and Edward (Shelly) of Shenstone; his grandson Ryan (Maggie); his great grandchildren, Billy, Johnny, Daniel, Wyatt, Kierah, Sawyer, Abel, Harper, Lodein, Celisse, Hailey, Hunter, Alyssa and Deacon; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Steeves (Tanya), Richard (Lorna), Phyllis Steeves and Mina Steeves; and also, Tyler (Lindsey), Victoria (Nathan), William (Toni), Michael (Kristyn), Shannon, Evan (Kelly), Brittany (Andrew), Amanda, Samantha (Joey) and Lindsay (Dylan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
