She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Steeves and Clara Steeves (Berry); her husband James R. Smith; her son Michael James Smith; and her siblings, Marion Gogan, Alvilda Miller and Arthur Steeves.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Stannard (late James) of Hillsborough, Tanya Steeves (Wayne) of Lower Coverdale, David (late Janie) of Stoney Creek and Paul (Lloyd) of Lower Coverdale. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; as well as nieces and nephews.
Donations in Kathleen's memory made to the Lower Coverdale Baptist Church Road to River Fund, or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
