Myrtle Christine Lomax Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrtle Christine Lomax (Little Lepreau, New Brunswick), who passed away on December 11, 2021 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Myrtle Christine Lomax to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughitson Shepherd and Madeline Shepherd; her husband Cecil; her daughter Geraldine Lomax; her granddaughter Kelly; and her siblings, Bernice, Audrey, Jean, Murray and Allison.

She is survived by: her children, Paul Lomax (Thelma), Juanita Lomax, Cyril Lomax (Kim), Sheldon Lomax (Trudy) and Laverne Mitchell; and her siblings, Fraser Shepherd (Lil) of Grand Manan, Wendell Shepherd (Elaine) of Florida and Pat McNab of Edmonton. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 health measures placed on indoor gatherings by the Government of New Brunswick, all of those, 12 and over, attending the Visitation and Funeral Service will be required to show proof of vaccination and a piece of government issued ID, or proof of medical exemption.

Donations in Christine's memory can be made to Little Lepreau Cemetery or the charity of the donor's choice.
